Life - Where in the World Should I Go?
10:43:00 amPlease join me on a journey into the memories of my past adventures and the potential discovery of new ones. Over the next little while I want to share with you, the places I have been and helpful tips and tricks I have picked up along the way. In this post I just want to give you an insight to the places I have been and mention a couple of places that are definitely on my bucket list.

Just a short drive from the most Northernly point of Scotland , John o' Groats, is another place I was lucky to spend a good chunk of my childhood. It is here where a lot of my most precious memories originate. I lived in a little village close to Dunnet Beach, which is to date my most favourite Beach in the world. I spent nearly everyday here in my free time in the summer , climbing the dunes, swimming in the North Sea and enjoying picnics. Summer in Scotland also took my family on many adventurous camping and fishing trips in the West Coast visiting Gairloch and Old Shore Moor along the way. I'm sure it will be a surprise that I did these things, I loved camping back then but not so much now, I rely on electronics too much.

I will save my tales about my most recent adventure in Morocco for another day as I have not quite visited everywhere I wish to yet, there is so much to see, but here is one of the most interesting sights I've seen so far.
The Grand Mosque of King Hassan II, Casablanca, Morocco |

I love travelling and finding new places to explore like you.
ReplyDeleteI knew I must not be the only one, where is your favourite place to travel? Xx
DeleteScotland is stunning. We lived there for a couple of years and I always loved the west coat. Nevr got to John O'Groats though. The Canaries is somewhere I've always fancied doing a winter break too and teh pictures in this post make it look very appealling.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it, I miss it sometimes, I would definitely say try and make it further up north it really is stunning :) winter breaks in the canaries are great still quite warm and lots of things to do because most places are all year round resorts x
DeleteI'm actually not a big traveller - I just don't feel the urge to visit many places, I suppose I'm a bit of a homebird - I would like to visit Scotland though!
ReplyDeleteScotland is as good a holiday as any, definitely put that on your bucket list :)
DeleteWe had so many travel plans and then we ended up with another baby so had to put them on hold. I wouldn't change Oscar for the world though (obviously).
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose just 3 places from our rather large list to go to I'd choose:
- New York (although Nathan wasn't fussed about this one)
- Italy (many places here that I want to visit)
- Sydney
Loved this post by the way. Good luck with the comp :D
