Festival Fashion Timeline by New Look
This summer I will be attending my first ever festival, with just over three weeks until Wireless Festival I am in the process of choosing my outfits and have been having a little look at festival fashion over the years to get some inspiration.
Depending on what type of festival it is you are attending the fashion can be slightly different, New Look have put together this really interesting Festival Fashion Timeline which you can see above, it shows so many different styles within the 'festival fashion' genre. It was so interesting to see how the festival trend has stayed similar over the decades but still with the same inspiration behind all the outfits.
I have been looking at denim shorts, midi skirts, printed joggers, fringing, floral prints, neon and tribal prints the most but there is so many different options making the final choice is proving to be really difficult. I am excited to see how the outfits come together, of course I will be sharing them with you so keep an eye out for them!

Life - Wireless Festival Line Up Announcement 2014 + Competition

Things have just got a whole lot more exciting for those attending Birmingham's first ever Wireless Festival! On seeing these acts announced I genuinly screamed, I can't even explain my excitement on seeing lots of my favourite artists within the matter of three days. Wireless you really are giving Birmingham a weekend to remember for the city's first ever Wireless Festival!
Tinie Tempah, Labrinth, Robin Thicke, Sean Paul and Naughty Boy are just a few of the artists who will be joining the rest of the amazing Wireless Festival Birmingham 2014 Line Up.

Life - Wireless Festival 2014 is Coming to Birmingham

For those not in the know Wireless Festival is a non camping festival normally held in London but this year seen a very exciting additional venue BIRMINGHAM! I was delighted when it was announced some of the worlds hottest artists would be making the trip to the second biggest city on our little island. This year the festival will be held on the first weekend in July, Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th. It's such a perfect start to my favourite month of the year for sure.
As you will have seen in the image above the Line-Up is so *screams* amazing! With Drake headlining on the Friday evening im sure it will kickstart the festival in amazing fashion especially with Rudimental, Azealia Banks and Knife Party to join him. Saturday will probably be my favourite day, Bruno Mars being the headline act, with Outcast and Ellie Goulding pleasuring our eardrums too. Sunday is just gonna be insane Kanye - Fricking - West, Pharrell Williams and the woman behind one of last summers most played hits, Work, Iggy Azalea. Off course these are only a few of the acts gracing the three stages over the weekend. Incase you hadn't noticed I am super excited, it's like big guns behind Wireless have raided my Ipod and put on a festival with the artists on there.
Just incase your not excited enough already, Wireless Festival announced more chart topping artists on 25th March, this announcement has only added to the excitment I have been experiencing! Make sure you are following the official Wireless Festival Facebook and Twitter updates! Get involved and be sure to use #wireless!
Tickets are going quickly so I suggest getting your fingers clicking on the Wireless Festival Official Website where you can find all information on what tickets are available and how to purchase, just a little pointer, the Saturday tickets in London are now sold out so if you wanna party with Drake get to Birmingham on the Friday! As I mentioned before Wireless is a completely Gemma Button approved non camping festival so if you are planning the whole weekend make sure you have accommodation arranged.
