As part of my skincare routine I tend to use different a moisturiser for day and night as I prefer a lighter moisturiser for daytime and a thicker one for overnight.  This is the moisturiser I have been using at night for  about six weeks.

Soap and Glory's Wish Upon A Jar Wonder Face Cream

Firstly this product is packaged in the most beautiful mirrored sphere, a really pretty little pot to sit on your dressing table, this is the nicest packaging out of all of my skincare products, I love it.  The writing is minimal on the actual pot which is good so all the information about the product can be found on the outer typical Soap and Glory vintage-ey pink packaging.

The 'wonder cream' inside the silver sphere is scented with what I can only describe as chocolate orange, it took me a while to put my finger on this scent but it is definitely that of one of my favourite chocolate treats-yum.  It is a pale pink thick cream, I have read some reviews of this product where people claim to see specs of glitter, not lots of glitter but enough to notice, I cannot see this no matter what light I look at the product in.  As before it is a thick cream but not too thick so that it would feel heavy on your skin, it feels luxurious but light.  With the consistency being as it is a little really does go a long way, the time this product lasts justifies the fifteen pound price tag for me.

Sold as a 21 day collagen overhaul cream with the magical formula including shea butter, antioxidants and oxygen boosters.Soap and Glory describe this as a superactive formula and warn not to overuse due to this being a peptide infused super-boosted intensive facial regenerating treatment and say that using one jar a season (once every three months for the 21 day period) is the intended use.

They recommend to use this morning and night for 21 days under or as your facial moisturiser and after this time go back to your usual moisturiser.

Using it as directed claims to boost moisture levels, smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, brighten up tired skin and hide flaws, really sounds like a wonder cream.

When I first purchased this at the end of September 2012 I used it for the 21 days as directed and wasn't sure about it and it definitely was not my favourite moisturiser  due to the lumpy spots I developed on and along my jaw line, I was unsure if it was this product making me break out or maybe it was too much for my skin to use it morning and night. So after the 3 month break I decided to give this product another go but to use it in a different way.

In the middle of January I started using this as just my night cream and using my lighter day cream in the morning, using it like this has worked much better for me no breakouts and visibly brighter and glowing skin.  I am lucky enough to have very minimal fine lines and no wrinkles (hope iv not jinxed myself) so cannot comment on how is combats these areas.  Even though I don't use this the way the brand recommends it works for me and gives me the results im looking for and expect from a moisturiser.

The packaging of this is typical of Soap and Glory with the well known wording and font and pink themed  bottle.  It is fitted with a pump which is great.  I prefer cleansers with a pump than a squeezy bottle as when you have wet hands a tube can be difficult to keep a hold of it resulting in dropping the tube and product squirting everywhere, yes I am talking from experience.

The product is  thicker than I expected with it being described as a cleansing milk, but love the consistency.  I need about 2 pumps to generously cover my face. The name of this product gives a clue of what it smells like, peaches.  I think it smells of peaches with a splash of mint, I love the scent so much when im using this I sound like I have a terrible case of the sniffles, as I cannot stop sniffing the gorgeous scent.

 Te special clogged t-zone formula is full softening and purifying ingredients including, Peach Extract with  skin smoothing fruit acids and Jojoba Oil  the emollient skin softener. It also contains exvoliating alpha hydroxy acids which can make your skin photosensitive, so while using this I make sure I am using a moisturiser containing spf.

I have been using this since the end of December so with just over four weeks of use I have only used about a quarter of the bottle.  So I can see this lasting about four or five months making it very good value for money.  

I love the slightly foaming texture that is achieved and leaves my skin feeling squeeky clean after every use, I feel my oily t-zone as improved since I began using this making me very happy with the results so far.  This is suitable for all skin types but I think it works very well with my oily/combination skin.  I have recently started using the No7 cleansing brush with this cleanser and even with a couple of days experience im sure im going to love using these two as a combo.

I have wanted to try out Essie for ages and when I seen all 3 of these for only £7 in Tk Maxx I had to have them, I have been wearing Lovie Dovie for nearly a week now and Im soo in love its the perfect Autumn shade, the glossy red wine finish goes with everything im wearing at the moment.

Ever since trying my first body butter from The Body Shop last month I am obsessed, so when I seen I could get £10 off my next purchase over £25, on the bottom of my reciept, this little set was a must.  There is £32 worth of products including soap, body polish, shower gel, shower puff and body butter and I got all this for only £15 such a bargain. The scented products from body shop are just delicious, this strawberry is soo yummy I just want to smell of it all the time and with all these products that wont be too difficult.

Well done to Adam for choosing he two scents I wanted next the raspberry is beautiful and smells fresh and sweet all at the same time it reminds me of summers as a child picking raspberries in the bushes and running home to show my mum.  The papaye is actually being disscontinued so I am over the moon adam got this for me before it was unavailable in store, it is such a tropical scent and makes me feel so fresh and clean.  So impressed that he even knew where to go to get these.
Paco Rabanne Lady Million
This was the first perfume Adam ever bought me over two years ago, we had known each other only a week and he left this in my house one day with a note saying 'because you are one in a million' ever since that moment I have loved it.  Paco Rabanne is definately my favourite perfume brand, Black XS is also a favourite of mine.  This was a very thoughtful present so thank you very much adam!

Lately I have been building up my brush collection and now have lots of different brands including Eco Tools, Real Techniques and Mac which are all higher in price than these, I got this set for £7.99 from TK Maxx and for the price the quality is fantastic.  I am loving the angled blush brush, flat eyeliner brush and the all over shadow brush.

I have wanted these products for so long but truthfully I was waiting for a discount code so when I seen their was 20% off the other day I rushed home and ordered.  I got all this for £17.85 including delivery which is amazing! This primer is just excellent I may have found a replacement for my Revlon Colourstay but time will tell, expect a full review in a few weeks.

If you read my Birthday Wishlist you will see that  am very hapy lady.  I eventually got the lusted after Stippling Brush and I dont know how I have lived without it until now, the application of my foundation has never been more flawless £11.99 well spent.  TheSoap and Glory heel genious is definately my new favourite foot cream at £5.50 it is more pricey than Id normally pay but smells lovely.  I have wanted to try the Wish Upon a Jar ever since I watched Maria Sparkle's brand favourites video and it has not let me down, I wont say much on this because I will review it fully, £15 of goodness. I basically picked Hand Food because it was 3 for 2 in boots so this was technically free and my hand bag size is running low. I have seen the Lush Lip Scrubs reviewed positively so many times I decided I needed to join in the hype, for £5.95 a wee treat for my lips.  I love my tangle teaser and defiantely one of my hair essentials, I have my 10 year old cousin to thank for getting me obsessed with buying one of these the most Iv ever spent on a brush at £10.99. Everything except the lip scrub was purchased in boots so I got a decent amount of points.

Adam Bought me these after my make up application at the Mac counter in Selfridges (which unfortunately was a disaster you can read here why) I have wanted to try a new foundation for ages and when I had this applied I knew I liked it staright away.  Tell me a girl who doesnt love a sparkly lipgloss, no one okay then, this is going to look gorgeous with all the deep plum lipsticks this autumn.  Soft and Gentle need I say more, one of the most beautiful highlighters I have ever layed eyes on.  All these came to the total £59.00 but this did include my Make Up Application, since there was an issue with my make up application I have since been refunded the full amount.

I am Super excited, there is no way I am going to sleep tonight because tomorrow I am 21, I have always been excited about my 21st for no reason in perticular other than its the last special birthday before the big three zero.   Along with the excitement comes worrying because what if all the hype for a 21st birthday is just that, what if its just like any other birthday. Im sure my family and friends will do there best to make it as good as can be.

I would like to make sure everyone is aware that I would be happy with any presents and cards that I recieve these are just things I have been lusting over and will be purchasing with any money I recieve, I have also been selling things on ebay to raise funds for a birthday shopping trip next Saturday.

I have already recieved a present from my boyfriend, the Blackberry 9320, he gave this to me early as my phone died and went to phone heaven on Monday night so obviously it would have been cruel to have me without a phone for a week.(hehe)










Id love either of these charms as its something I will keep forever and ever.

I have wanted to try the stippling brush from the  Real Techniques range for ages now but Im sure I wont just stop at one.

Jinkksy Jinkksy Jinkksy need I say anymore I love all of the summer stackers and even though this was from the summer range it will be perfect with a lot of jewellery I have.

 I have recently stepped into the world of Soap and Glory and after smelling this in Boots its the perfect fresh daytime scent.
 

 

 This is all im really really wishing for but im sure as soon as I hit the shops I will come home with lots more:)
